No Butter? No Problem.. Cookies

There are plenty of "no butter cookies" recipes on the internet, but this particular recipe is one that works best  for me.

What you will need:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips(1/2 cup white, 1/2 cup milk)

What you need to do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl whisk both sugars, oil, egg, and vanilla. Slowly add the flour mixture, stir until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.

Use a tablespoon to scoop out dough and form into balls; place on ungreased cookie sheets. The dough balls will be bursting with chocolate chips.

Bake for about 12 minutes.

These cookies turned out to be very delicious. You can tell there is something missing, but they still taste amazing, and are quite fluffy.
